At 5:00 Early morning, our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Luxor then you will be transferred to the Takeoff area on the westbank of Luxor where you are going to start your balloon ride in the sky of the biggest open-air museum (Luxor ).
The “Balloon Ride” trip Takesoff every day, however, confirmation in advance is still highly recommended. The balloon ride takes 45 minutes, before your land again, to catch your pick-up and return to your hotel.
Note:if the weather is bad or the flight cancelled for any safety reason?
The launch site is officially operated by the Airports Authority who supervise and control all ballooning activities. If they refuse permission to fly for any reason, The air balloon will not fly.
Sometimes they delay take-off which may affect the passengers schedule for the day. This is out of the control of the company.
During the flight the pilot is under the control of Luxor Airport and must follow their instructions.
This might include landing unexpectedly early as Luxor Airport is a military as well as a civil airport and their orders cannot be anticipated or ignored.
Any flight cancelled by the hot air balloon company for whatever reason will be fully refundable.
